Spot definition
Easily defined spot or slot grids, with predefined and saveable templates. Grids can be stretched from the corners and individual spot areas or groups of spots can be moved or resized to precisely fit the areas to be measured.

Background subtraction

Phoretix Array uses 5 different background subtraction methods that are ideal for the various analysis requirements.

Calibration methods

Intensity calibration is used to account for any non-linearity during image capture and normalisation using Quantity Calibration enables measurements to be defined in the desired units and produced from a standard curve of known values.
