Band Edge Detection & background subtraction

Band edge detection can be automatic or under full interactive control. Several automatic methods are available that process all lanes with a single mouse click. The Manual Baseline facility permits adjustment of the baseline subtraction for each lane

Note: Phoretix software adheres to the gold rule of image analysis & processing: the raw data is unaffected
